3. How do I get my business listed?
Drop us your email, number, and city in the contact us form, and our representative will contact you.
Keep in mind that there are NO CHARGES to be a member of our website.
4. How do I register a user?
- On the Lumsum home page, select your login icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Click “Create an account”, enter your e-mail and add an appropriate password with all the required information.
- Click Sign Up to confirm. Now you can choose a new profile picture and add as many reviews as you want.
5. Does your site edit the content of the reviews published?
Absolutely no! We work hard to create a site that is helpful and maintains high-quality, relevant content. Therefore, every review must be connected to a user profile that has a real person behind it. We will always make sure that the reviews are here to provide valuable insights and feedbacks of the suppliers products.
6. What cities do you cover?
We are currently covering all seven emirates of the UAE. Hopefully, we will expand our services to other countries in the Middle East.
7. Why my review is removed?
Users reviews and vendor responses to a review must be respectful and constructive and may not contain abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing content. Any fraudulent review or response that violate these Guidelines may be removed.

9. Can I return a purchased product?
Depending on the seller, item, or reason for return, the following options are available
- In case of damaged items, you must contact our team within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- If you have simply changed your mind and wish to return; please do so within 8 hours of placing the order.
- The product must not have been used and must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging
10. How are the shipping rates calculated?
When you purchase an item from Lumsum, you will be asked to pay online. The amount paid will also include a pre-calculated fee for shipping. The shipping fee will depend on the type of product purchased and the location inside the UAE
11. When will my order be shipped?
At the time of checkout, you will find the details of the shipment arrival date. Usually the shipping time will be between 1 to 3 working days.
12. Can I change my delivery address?
Yes of course you can change it from the profile settings. Also you can add multiple delivery addresses in your profile, and choose one of them at the checkout.
13.Some of my items have been damaged in transit, what do I do?
Please notify your delivery driver upon receipt, ensuring they record it then contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will need a description of the damages and pictures of the damaged items/packaging.
